1. Who we are

VOD OTT Platform ("the Service") is operated by VOD OTT Platform ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's consent. One account is for one household.

3. Subscriptions

• Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated price and interval until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We may change plan prices. Existing subscribers will be notified before a change takes effect and may cancel if they do not accept it.

4. Rentals and purchases

• A rental gives access for the window shown at the time of purchase, starting when payment completes.
• A purchase gives access for as long as we hold the rights to offer that title. Titles can be withdrawn if a licence ends; where that happens we will refund a purchase made in the preceding 14 days on request.
• A subscription does not include rentals or purchases; they are bought separately.

5. Payment, taxes and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes where we are required to charge them. Payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store your card number.

If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days — except that, by starting playback, you ask us to begin the service immediately and acknowledge you lose that right once streaming has begun. Beyond this, we refund payments that were taken in error, and charges for content that was unavailable through our fault.

6. Simultaneous streams

Your plan states how many devices may stream at the same time. Credentials must not be shared outside your household.

7. The catalogue changes

Titles are added and removed over time, and availability varies by country because of licensing. We do not guarantee that any particular title stays available.

8. What you may and may not do

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, circumvent access controls, or attempt to download or decrypt content except as the Service is designed to allow. Your use must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law. Where a breach is minor and fixable we will normally contact you first. You may close your account at any time.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, network faults and events outside our control can affect it.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction — without depriving you of any protection given by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
