Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 15 July 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on VOD OTT Platform. It applies to everyone who uses the Service and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Content and rights

• Do not redistribute our content. No recording, re-streaming, public performance, uploading elsewhere, or sharing streams outside the Service.
• Do not circumvent protections. No bypassing or attempting to bypass encryption, playback tokens, geographic restrictions, device limits or paywalls, and no tools built to do so.
• Do not share access. Accounts are for one household. Selling, renting or publishing credentials is not permitted.

Our systems

• No scraping, automated bulk downloading, or artificially inflating views or ad impressions.
• No denial-of-service, port scanning, penetration testing without written permission, or any attempt to reach systems, accounts or data you are not entitled to.
• No probing or exploiting vulnerabilities. If you find one, please report it to abuse@site1.bozztv.com rather than exploiting it, and give us reasonable time to fix it.

Conduct and payment

• No harassment, threats, impersonation, or interfering with other people's use of the Service.
• No fraudulent payment activity, including using cards you are not authorised to use, or raising chargebacks for service you received.
• No use that breaks applicable law, including copyright, sanctions and export control.

Advertisers

If you buy advertising on the Service, your creatives must be lawful, truthful, and suitable for a general audience. We do not accept advertising that is deceptive or misleading; sexually explicit; promotes hatred, violence or discrimination; targets children inappropriately; promotes illegal products or services; infringes anyone's intellectual property; or imitates our own interface or editorial content. Every campaign is reviewed before it runs, and we may reject or withdraw any campaign at our discretion. Where a campaign is withdrawn for a breach of this policy, unused impressions remain on your balance but the campaign will not run.

Enforcement

We investigate suspected breaches. Depending on what we find we may warn you, remove content, suspend or close an account, withhold refunds where we are permitted to, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. We will act proportionately, and will normally contact you first unless doing so would risk harm or evidence.

Reporting

To report abuse, a security issue, or a copyright concern, email abuse@site1.bozztv.com with enough detail for us to investigate — what you saw, where, and when.
