Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VOD OTT Platform, operated by VOD OTT Platform, collects about you, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect and why

• Account data — your email address and display name, so you can sign in and we can contact you about the Service.
• Billing data — our payment processors handle your payment details. We store their reference, the amount, and your subscription or purchase status so we know what you are entitled to. We never see or store your full card number.
• Viewing data — what you watch and how far you got, so playback resumes, recommendations work, and we know which titles are worth keeping.
• Technical data — IP address, approximate country, and device or browser information, used to deliver the video, apply territorial licensing, enforce simultaneous-stream limits, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Why we use your IP address

Your IP address is needed to deliver the stream. We also use it to work out which country you are in, because our licences differ by territory, and to tie a playback link to your session so it cannot be shared. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build an advertising profile of you.

Advertising

Ads are inserted into the video stream on our servers. This means advertisers do not receive your IP address, cookies, or a device identifier from us, and cannot track you across other sites through our player. We report only aggregate delivery and completion figures to advertisers.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary: to keep you signed in, to keep your session secure, and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers who make the Service work — payment processing, hosting and content delivery, and email delivery — each acting on our instructions. We also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

How long we keep it

Account and viewing data are kept while your account is open. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically several years. When you close your account we delete or anonymise what we no longer need.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain processing. Contact privacy@site1.bozztv.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact privacy@site1.bozztv.com and we will remove it.
